Reviews and Ratings
I had a bit of a rough start with the reception when I had to push to change my room due to issues with the air conditioning, but eventually, things got sorted out. The cellar room I ended up with was surprisingly clean, fully equipped, and quite comfortable for my stay.
The hotel's rooms are a mix of positives and negatives. While they are nice and have comfortable beds with nice linens, they can feel dark and strange due to being in the basement near a workroom and being incredibly noisy. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, though they might be loud in the mornings. The location, while situated in a quiet neighborhood close to Parque Rio and offering a perfect street setting close to restaurants and a mall, could be a negative as it's not very central or easily accessible. The dining experience in the nicely redecorated garage was great and made to order with a good choice of tasty and generous food. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood, very green and safe, with a few blocks to restaurants and a mall. The rooms were small but quite comfortable, although they didn't match the online descriptions regarding amenities like AC and wardrobe. The service was very friendly and competent, especially Marta and the cleaning personnel. The location is positive and negative - quiet and secluded but not centrally located. The dining experience was great, tasty, and generous. Despite limited options, it was good enough. The facilities provided a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the bed was quite comfortable, but the lack of AC and other amenities in the room made for a stuffy and uncomfortable night. The service was a mix of helpful and not so pleasant interactions, with some staff members being very accommodating while others not so much. The location was convenient for some amenities and quiet, but it was a bit out of the way from central areas. The dining experience was decent enough, offering tasty but somewhat limited options. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was perfect - a quiet street just a few blocks away from restaurants and a large mall. The neighborhood was lovely, green, and safe. However, the room I initially got was a nightmare. It was too close to the reception, had no AC, just a fan, making it stuffy, and I had trouble sleeping. After a lot of back and forth with the reception, they finally changed my room after I threatened to call the police.
